　　在有能力的情况下，一定要慎重思考(列举各领域反面的例子，个人，群体，国家)

　　没有时间(见义勇为，就落水的人，地震救灾)反驳：但是在已有时间内也是会做最大可能的思考

　　意义重大，但是不可能考虑清楚后果(宇航)反驳：仍然，我们会对已知的部分进行全方位的防御。
