For the body, mind and spirit the ocean offers many cleansing qualities. The salty sea air allows us to breathe in clean, pure breaths into our lungs. As we swim in the salt water, our skin is revived. Taking a walk on the long sandy beach barefoot is an overall rejuvenation and gives our feet a natural scrub. To smell the sea and hear the waves while you sit on the warm sand is deeply cleansing for the soul.

One of the easiest guided meditations online involve ocean waves. To imagine the clean water coming into our body and taking all of the negativity out to sea. Breathing to the beat of the waves crashing in and going back out to sea is a means to understanding and accepting impermanence.
网上最简单的冥想方法就涉及海浪。想象着干净的水流进我们的身体,让所有不好的东西都带离出我们的身体。看着海浪撞击岩石,再回到大海也是一种理解并接受世事无常的方式。

If we stay by the ocean, we are able to listen to the waves crash onto the beach in their gentle and perfectly spaced way. This white noise offers a soothing and relaxing lullaby to put us into a deep sleep. We are relaxed so our sleep is deep, and often dreams come up and problems are solved.
如果住在海边,我们能听见大海轻柔的,以完美的步调撞击着海岸。这种白色的噪音给了一种安静和放松的感觉,好似摇篮曲能让我们进入深度睡眠。放松之后就能睡得深沉,会做梦,问题就能得到解决。
